← Shiny Pokes

Changelog

What's new on the website and the iOS and Android apps, newest first.

October 2026

  1. Where it was caught

    Website
    • Catches can record where they were caught. Pick an area from the game you hunted in, with the areas where that Pokémon is found listed first, or type the place yourself.
    • It's in the Shiny Found pop-up and in Edit catch, and a route hunt fills in its own area.
    • Collection cards can show it. Choose Where it was caught in the card fields.
  2. Feedback says where it happened

    Website
    • Bug reports and ideas can say whether they're about the website, the iOS app or the Android app.
  3. An auto-count for each multi-hunt window

    Website
    • Each multi-hunt window can run its own auto-count, typed in or calibrated from your taps. It only counts while that window's timer runs.
    • Settings are grouped into sections inside each tab.
